What year did Hungarian brothers George and Laszlo Biro invent the ballpoint pen?

In 1938, Laszlo noticed that the type of ink used in newspaper printing dried quickly while leaving the paper dry and smudge-free. They decided to create a pen using the same type of ink.


The average woman owns 5 promotional mugs, while the average man owns 8 promotional hats.  

In 1891, Wrigley Company sold soap with baking powder as a free item.
Then they sold just the baking powder and threw in a giveaway.
What did they use as a giveaway with the baking powder?
